- Tuesday Kripalu Yoga, 4:00 - 5:15 PM in-person (masks optional) in the Chapel, Mount Vernon Unitarian Church, 1909 Windmill Lane. Gentle to moderate Kripalu style. No Tuesday or Thursday classes December 19 - 31.
- Wednesday Yoga with Jeneen, 7:15 - 8:15 AM in-person (masks optional) in Mount Vernon Unitarian Church with Jeneen see SoulVoyageStudio.com for more information. YES, class is meeting on December 20.
- Thursday Kriplau Yoga, 4:00 - 5:15 PM in-person (masks optional) in the Chapel, Mount Vernon Unitarian Church, 1909 Windmill Lane. Gentle to moderate Kripalu style. No Tuesday or Thursday classes December 19 - 31.
Cheryl is off December 19 - 31. Regular Tuesday / Thursday classes resume January 2, 2024.

Payments accepted - for Cheryl's classes, Venmo @cheryl-sabo-1 ---- it clearly looks like me. You can also pay with cash or check on site.
